1. High Reactivity
Reactivity is the moving force of enzyme. Normally enzyme’s reactivity will be diminished at 50oC upwards.
However, Well3 Life Enzyme’s reactivity, on the contrary, is increased threefold at high temperature even until 80oC.
2. Stability
Enzyme’s stability is easily affected by humidity and heat. To maintain its reactivity, most enzymes need syrup and stabilizer.
However, Well3Life Enzyme does not need these to keep its reactivity up to 10 years or more.
How to Make
As jollof: Take some quantity, cook, and simmer in red tomato sauce as you would jollof rice, and allow to boil for 10 – 15 minutes depending on quantity.
As Plain: Boil in water, allow to soften, ensure water is absorbed. Enjoy with vegetable sauce, soup, or stew.
Can be cooked and enjoyed like oatmeal with milk and date syrup or any other sweetener of your choice, and toppings.
As Swallow: Add water to ground FONIO or FONIO flour, mix properly, pour into boiling water and stir and turn until it makes a lump as you would semo, corn, or wheat flour.
FONIO flour also makes a delicious, nutritious pancake.
Fonio absorbs 2 or more times the volume of water needed for other above-mentioned cereals.
